Domenico Pecorini is the Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation. He graduated from LUISS in Rome, where he earned his post-graduate in International Economics and started his career as lecturer in International Relations, International Economics and Trade & Project Financing. He has been the Chief of International Business Development at ISMES SpA (ENEL Group, 1989) where he headed the Task Force for Defense and Security Projects (1993). He has been the Executive Chairman of AQUANOVA (1988-1991), the ENEL-guided initiative in aquaculture and environmental services. In 1997 he was appointed Managing Director of L’ARCOSS SpA, an italian-german general contractor. Today he also chairs as President of Inveni Engineering, a company active in engineering and design for energy, civil infrastructures and tourism. As former President of Circolo Altiero Spinelli, he collaborated with several newspapers and magazines including LA VOCE REPUBBLICANA, THE EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS and EUROPA 984. He is author of several articles and essays and now writes for FORUM and CREDIT CHEQUE MAGAZINE.
