Flow cytometry core

The flow cytometry laboratory at SPR includes

• a FACScalibur flow cytometer with two light sources of different wave lengths permitting the simultaneous analysis of four fluorescence parameters on the same cell
• a FACSDIVA cell sorter which allows the analysis of three  fluorescence parameters on the same cell and the physical separation of different cell populations.
