Microscopy core

The microscopy core at SPR  includes the following apparatus:

• Olympus CKX41 inverted microscope with fluorescence illuminator
  
• Nikon Eclipse TE2000-E inverted microscope with fluorescence illuminator
• Leica TCS SP5 confocal: provides full freedom and flexibility in excitation and emission; allows choice of any excitation line within the continuous range of 470 to 670 nm - in 1nm increments.
