In 1986 Cesare Peschle got a position as Professor of Hematology in Italy. From 1992 to 2005 he was Professor at the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, T. Jefferson Cancer Institute, Philadelphia. From 2003 to 2007, he was Chairman at the Department of Hematology, Oncology and Molecular Medicine at National Institute of Health, Rome. He has been directing the Molecular Medicine Unit, at IBCIT, since 2008.
