Flow cytometry
The flow cytometry laboratory at SPR includes
- a FACScalibur flow cytometer with two light sources of different wave lengths permitting the simultaneous analysis of four fluorescence parameters on the same cell
- a FACSDIVA cell sorter which allows the analysis of three fluorescence parameters on the same cell and the physical separation of different cell populations.
The core offers to SPR internal researchers and to other investigators the following services:
- FACS analysis
- Cell sorting
