Microscopy
The microscopy core at SPR offers to SPR researchers and to other investigators the use of the following apparatus:
- Olympus CKX41 inverted microscope with fluorescence illuminator
- Nikon Eclipse TE2000-E inverted microscope with fluorescence illuminator
- Leica TCS SP5 confocal: provides full freedom and flexibility in excitation and emission; allows to choose any excitation line within the continuous range of 470 to 670 nm - in 1nm increments.
